Overall the job was complete. A littlw disappointed that I wasn't offered a ride home. Other VW dealerships are quick to offer a car or a ride.

We paid $1086 on Friday and the problem was not fixed! The engine light came back on Saturday and the Touareg did not start on Monday after been filled with gas. I left a messzge with William C. at 8:47 am and did not receive a call back. I am very upset. My wife Patricia call William too and no response. Who do we need to talk to to get our car fixed properly???? Gary
