My car key was lost and noone has contacted me about a replacement. The spare I have doesn't have the push button and the alarm goes off when I get in. I need a response today if someone found my key or a replacement is coming.

My dissatisfaction is with reservations— in making my appointment, she told me I would get a courtesy car. She did not say it was offsite, And I would have to pay for gas.
It is also ludicrous that the rental place can come pick up people for cars, but you are not allowed to run your courtesy shuttle to take people home.
Please fight that policy. It’s ridiculous.

Check engine light comes back on as I’m driving home. I received a phone call Friday saying that my car should be done Saturday morning. I didn’t receive a phone call. It is Wednesday, August 12th and I had one of my family members drop me off to check on the vehicle.
I bought my car here and the staff has always been great! But I think maybe with this whole Covid deal has everyone scared and probably has brought customer service down. In an email from Subaru it said I would be offered a loaner car because of the issues with the car. I never get offered a loaner car. I don’t know if it’s cause of my race or because the type of car I drive.
I’m sorry, I usually don’t write comments but I felt I had to do this one.
