I believe that if you have an appointment for an oil change and it is considered a “rapid service” while a customer waits, then it shouldn’t take 2 hours. I drive in (10 minutes prior to my appointment time of 1:00) and was asked if I was helped. I said no and was asked what I was here for and I replied an oil change. At that point the service person said that they would “get someone to help”. 5 minutes later, another service agent ask the exact same question and gave me the exact same response. 3 minutes later another service advisor came and started the process. Told me it would be 1 and 1/2 hours because “they were backed up”. So I wait. I see the car is complete in 1 hours time and then 10 minutes later the service advisor asked if I would like the car washed to with I responded “yes please”. The car sat idle on the side of the buildIng for 30 minutes. The advisor apologized telling me that my car would be next and they too were backed up. 30 minutes later the car arrived and the person asked if I had paper work which I didn’t so, the person returning the car asked me to wait while they track down the advisor. Finally, with paper work in hand I was able to be on my way. I receive a text saying my car was “ready to come home” at 2:13 pm. I was able to drive off at 2:57 pm. Had I had known that the time spent running it through a wash tunnel would exceed the time it took to change oil, cabin filter and inspect the car, I probably would have declined the wash.

Will again was super listed all issues and understood Seems he was off service never checked the computer issue with no AgBlue warning only said low filled done I put very few mikes on the car so if low it also uses too much both issues never checked Service rubber stamping I assume Get fee from customer and push out the car Will is great I hope service sees the light

When we leased this car I was told ALL service was covered. However, today we brought the car in for basic maintenance and we were told there was a mix up and that wasn’t the case. I’m not happy being lied to by the sales department at Bob Baker VW and I’m going to look into this further. Kind of a shame. I’ve purchased 2 VW vehicles in the last 4 years and was looking into an Atlas for my wife. At this point I won’t purchase it from Bob Baker based off this experience.
