We have our 2014 Subaru Outback exclusively serviced at Bob Baker in Carlsbad, CA and have done so since we purchased it from there new in 2014. Yesterday we had the normal oil and filter change and tire rotation. I made payment by using my visa debit card. When I got home I went to put the amount of money spent for this service into my check book but the total wasn’t on any receipt I had. There was no total! My wife had to go online to see what I had actually spent to have this service done. Are u guys trying to save paper?
Erik did a phenomenal job; Certainly overdelivered and was able to answer all of my questions aside from my scheduled service. Would love to work with Erik again in the future.

I’ve never had a problem taking my vehicle to this location, but today I had a regular service which I can understand when they’re busy sometimes but It took way too long after I could see the service was done. It was pretty hot out and you have to purchase water and there was no sense of urgency to get people on their way. And the people who drive the car back out to you do not respect the vehicle it seems as they almost hit the curb and came around the corner very quickly. I have high hopes of my next experience as most of the sales and people who help check your car in are very nice.

I have been waiting three weeks for someone to call me to get my recalled catalytic converter replaced. I’ve never had a service there or on my vehicle and now I think I need to find a new dealer.
I was very happy the with the fast check in and very friendly service. Also I was pleased I could pay over the phone. Very good price and a car wash. I will be back for my next check ups. ????
