Shuttle being gone stinks, but relying on Me to Uber back and forth is also not great given limited availability with Uber and surge pricing middle of the day. Would cost me more to get to and from dealer (and I live 2 miles away) than cost of visit. Consider dropping vehicle at customer house, especially if you want me to lease another one

JP is the BEST Service advisor, he always takes care of me and my car, He gives me the advice I need to keep my high mileage car running and I feel very safe and trusting with him. It feels like I’m coming to see a friend every time I come in and have him as my advisor. Subaru is so fortunate to have him!!

Bobby Reynolds provides excellent customer service from the first phone call I made. I am a customer who has a completely different situation to most customers, as I travel over 100 miles to take my vehicle in to Bob Baker Volkswagen. This appointment dealt with a tire issue, so I contacted my local Volkswagen dealership and received very bad customer service at a point where they told us they did not know of our All State extended warranty and we should contact the dealership we bought our vehicle, in other words refused to provide us service. That lead us to contacting Bobby who during that phone call moved forward and scheduled us in right away and provided us with all of our vehicles needs. His efforts were greatly appreciated!

He was very helpful. He took me under his wing, immediate upon my arrived I had a weird issue with the loss of power while accelerating the car in Carlsbad on Saturday late morning. He checked the car engine gauges, took the car fora test drive, but was unable locate a problem. I appreciate the thorough job they did inspecting the car. I now feel safer driving it. So I thank Joseph Phillips for his officious care.

Very happy with the service, one thing though. I changed my name legally so I don’t know why in your system it’s still showing up as my old name. Makes visits there a little uncomfortable.
