Super friendly and really nice couldn’t have asked for a better guy to help.
Came in for an oil change and was told I needed a major tune-up instead. They apologized for not telling me. Consequently, my car was not done in one day. I would have had my car there first thing in the morning, not 10 am.
I asked them to wash my car. They forgot.
Zach was the service manager that helped me out! He was awesome!!!
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bobby before. Can't say enough nice things about the guy, very professional and always leaving feeling confident and in good hands. He deserves a raise!

Standard service schedules and practices should be simplified in the first chapter of the users manual. It should include a service log spreadsheet. There should also be a column where the service tech can log maintenance each time. This will give valuable information to both customer, manufacturer, and Subie.
