Let me say that JP was great.
However, when I ordered the part for my car (trailer hitch) I was only quoted the price of materials, NOT labour. My SUPRISE when JP told me on arrival for the appointment (not prior to arrival) that it would be 3x my expectation.
I agreed to proceed - but reluctant of what other new adventure was next.
Unfortunately, we discovered on the way home a new "Rattle" - so I called JP and have scheduled a return visit to check for the source. My only assuption is, new hitch, new rattle, equals problem. However, I have to take another valuable day to travel to the dealership. I hope we can resolve this quickly.
Please assure that your parts department is anticipating the customer need when I say I need it installed that the price should be advised in advance. It becomes a package price when combining parts and labour. Apparently I am not the first customer that has the surprise on arrival.

For some reason I had to call multiple times per day to get a hold of someone in service. It constantly went to voicemail, and voicemails were not returned. Once I managed to get through, the staff was great.
