Worst experience I ever had purchasing a car. Given bad information in regards to time to do assessment of car, financing took almost two hours! I brought my car in for a oil change and to purchase my leased Outback. My appointment was for 9:15am I arrived at 9:00am. I finished my paperwork to purchase the car at 5:00 pm. I was the last customer in the building. Your finance guy was great, even he could not believe how long I was there. Nobody really took responsibility. What a shame, I thought you ran a better operation that’s why I came to ban Baker. Not even close. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate my experience a 1.
JP was very efficient and helpful. When a problem occurred with the service on my Subaru he jumped right in and took care of it quickly

JP was very efficient providing good service. He answered a myriad of my questions with knowledge & politeness. He was able to provide the Covid service I requested - drop off/pick up with social distancing & mask. This was greatly appreciated!
On the other hand... the girl who answered the phone was not polite. She was curt and had little if any manners. It would be profitable for her to take a class on etiquette & good service to customers.

Tanner is usually my service provider and he always is super helpful and efficient. I drive up to Bob Baker from San Diego because the service is always the best.
Radio/media center failed two hours after I picked the car up. GPS/map was totally erased. Auto head lights didn't work. Really disappointed with the service.

Waited 14 minutes to be checked in with no one waiting but me. Text messages went to my husband at home and not to me waiting. Told Colton I would be in the outside waiting area but he forgot so waited longer than needed.Nice car wash.
I am horrified by all the events of my experience. My car is still messed up and I will be taking it to another shop. Thanks for taking my money.
