We were very impressed to see the way that the dealership was taking Covid safety measures seriously. We were sitting outside, and a man even came out to the tables to spray them down.
Tanner was great! Unfortunately, I tried to pick up my vehicle that Tanner had closed the paperwork out on on Saturday at 1:30 PM. I did not realize that the service department closed at one on Saturdays. When I went to the receptionist at the dealership, I was told that I would not be able to get my car. The dealership should come up with a way that people can pick up their vehicles that were in for service as long as the dealership is open, even if the service department is closed.

It would be good customer service to wash and vacuum the car when in for service. I have experienced this in other states at Subaru.
I took my WRX STI to get checked up for a problem occurring with the front passenger tire because it’s frequently leaking air. After the vehicle was serviced they found no leaks or punctures with the tire/valve. Three hours after the car was serviced the PSI dropped from 33 to 16 and it still continues to leak air.

I am disappointed that at some level of the company or corporation it’s been decided to use COVID as an excuse to discontinue shuttle service for customers whose cars are being serviced. This is not a government, state, local mandate or even recommendation from a public health entity. Wearing masks as a safety precaution for riders and drivers should be sufficient. Your waiting area is very small and not particularly comfortable. It can also be quite crowed and stuffy. Not ideal at all if one is trying to practice social distancing.
