Erik greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service station. He was very thorough in explaining the items being serviced today and even prepared me for what to expect for my next service. The whole experience was very pleasant.

There were multiple customer service breakdowns. 1. I had to call twice (after leaving messages) to make an appointment. 2. The price quoted on the phone was 1/2 what was quoted when I dropped off my car for a STANDARD service. 3. Despite telling my customer service person I was waiting I did not receive a phone call or text telling me my car was done. He quoted 10:30. I showed up at 10:50 to ask if car was done. I did finally receive a text around 4 pm. The maintenance was done correctly and each one of these customer service issues was not a problem if taken separately. But combined, it feels like Bob Baker needs to smooth over some rough edges. It is very displeasing to pay double a quoted price for a standard mileage service.

Tanner was friendly, but overall not satisfied with overall customer service received. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30PM, I was suppose to be going in for something quick and simple. I did not get my car back until 3:30PM. I kept seeing people arrive before me and leave before me- very disappointed. I received a text message letting me know my car was ready sometime around 2:30pm. I went to go see Tanner right after receiving it , told me to wait 5minutes and he’d go get it. Almost an 1/2 hr later I went back and he thought I had left! He seemed very distracted and overall not focused. Was very hesitant to come to this location. Not sure I will be returning.
