I recently brought my Ford Maverick into Raceway Ford Quick Lane for a routine oil change, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. During the inspection, the technician discovered a leaking axle seal that needed immediate attention. I was scheduled to leave for a trip to Utah and needed my truck back as quickly as possible. Thomas and Mongo went above and beyond by locating the necessary parts and getting the repair completed in record time. Their commitment to customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. The entire Quick Lane team consistently delivers exceptional service, and this visit was no exception. Javier was very helpful and professional when I came in asking questions for services needed and a returning issue regarding the center display for my F-350. We negotiated a date and time to get help, both with my transportation needs, and the service bays availability. Javier did an amazing job keeping communication with me throughout the claim!
