The extended warranty, was a pain in the ****. Took forever for them to provide feed back to Mark. Was without my car for just over two weeks. However Mark was very polite and knowledgeable when he had information for me.

Making an appointment was good but I guess the Quick Lane service was busy. Our appointment was at 10am and the vehicle was not worked on for about 30-45 minutes later. I assume that is typical. Other than that, the service was good.
