I went to the dealer for a oil change on my truck Ford F-150 stx 2019 they tell me to go to the quick lane department it waz going to be more faster so I get to the front office make the paper work they give me a 2 hours wait but didn’t happen my truck was done around 2:10 pm a lot a time extra hour they lie to me thanks ford .

Didnt have an appt. But had an almost emergency battery situation brewing. Walked in and Javier recognized me and called me by name. Wow... very impressive. He got me in quickly and gave the diagnostic results right away. Got a new battery at a decent price and saved me from an embarrassing breakdown. Very happy with my experience!!!
