Upon picking up my vehicle I asked if my car had been washed and detailed and was told no. I was not told that car washes were not complimentary and that car washes were given for free only at the request of the client. It would have been nice to know that I had the option so I Could have made The decision on if I wanted one. My car after all is brand new and already had a defect which took 6 hours to fix.

I had a bubble on my front tire and didn’t think I could make it home. Went to the shop with less than 10 minutes to closing. Javier was able to find the tire I needed and got his tech to install it. I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend

The pricing has gone completely sky high gouging....$145 for each request to have a mechanic look at something!?!?

Javier took the utmost ambassador customer service with me from the moment I walked in. He listened to my needs and helped me out. He informed me of where to get a part for my car. I was very pleased with his service. I went in to get my tire patched. He explained that where the slow release was that I would need a new tire. Part way through I realized that I needed an oil change. Right away Javier checked with the techs and said they could follow through with that service as well. Great job Javier!!! Thank you ????
