Service for transmissions flush and filter took several hours. We I got my car a drove of my transmission started slipping gears. Returned it to the dealer found out they overfilled the ****. Car was perfectly fine before taking it. Now worried if it'll happen again while I'm driving.

Your team is the BEST!! I called another dealership that was closer to my home and they told me that the appointment desk was not open and told me that I would have to call back later. I remembered the outstanding experience I previously had with Raceway when I had a problem with my Lincoln Navigator that had to be fixed as I was leaving on a trip and I called you. You fixed it then, as now. Today, I called your dealership.’ Your team members were great and accommodated me with a appointment the same day. And, my car was fixed on time and on target. Thank you!! He came there to have a spare key made for my Ford F250 2019 you're unable to cut the key properly 2200 bucks for the key and they returned later to receive a blank and was told to go somewhere else to have it made I don't know if the key maker was faulty or the machine pretty much a waste of half of my day

On 4/8/2020, I went in for an oil change and new windshield wiper blades. Javier was extremely professional, courteous, and payed attention to my questions and concerns. I had quietly, and briefly mentioned wanting wiper blades, and forgot about them, since my main focus was on getting my oil changed. Upon going over the estimate, I was reminded about the wiper blades by Javier. I thanked him for being attentive, and for making sure they were going to be changed out. All in all, I had a good experience today! Thank you Raceway Ford team.
