Alan is amazing he hears me out and look into the problem he keeps me informed at all times with what’s going on with my vehicle. I like the fact that raceway try to keep you with the same service tech each visit because then you develop a close relationship with them and they know you. Your not constantly re explaining yourself to multiple techs

He ignored my requests. It took forever for him to accomplish what it took Allen one day to do. He pretended like he never heard me mention the rental car. And then he pretended to not know the whole story. I hated working with him. I hated that he never returned and off my messages. I hated he didn’t pay attention to detail. And I hated how fake he was personally. He was baffoob to work with. Like talking to a wall. He pretends to care but it’s all fake. I will never go back to your facility for multiple reasons. Check the file if you care. Or ask corporate

Don’t bother contacting me. Customer service by Doug was terrible. Couldn’t be bothered to call and inform on car, I had to call to inquire and was given very unclear information and told cost would be deductible, $50 or $200 “something like that” Asked him to let me know if vehicle repairs would be completed that day and cost, never called. I waited at work without transportation for his call and at 5:46pm called only to find that service closed at 5pm and Doug had gone home. Was told by a sales associate he would text a manager to call me, never received call. Spoke w manager Eliseo the following morning who reported he did not receive a text from anyone from sales about the issue , he apologized for the poor service received by Doug but unfortunately, this is my third negative experience with services at Raceway Ford. Unfortunate in that I live less than 1 mile from the lot and would rather drive out if my way to Fritt’s to have services done there. I will never recommend Raceway Ford.

I was satisfied with the service. However, if I were in a hurry I would have been very dissatisfied. I was told that the car would be done in 1.5hrs, but I did not receive a call to pick my car up until 3 hours later. Like I said I wasn’t in a hurry, so it wasn’t a big deal to me.
