Really appreciate the excellent service, had taken my truck to ken grody ford before for the same problem. Not only did they not solve the problem with my truck, they had the nerve to say it was normal for my truck to overheat.

Mark try to convince me tha a Defect on my new truck cant be fix and is considérate a normal issue on all trucks f150 cant belive 1 to 2 inches off bed cruked i got 60 thousand dollar truck cruked thinking seriusly tha i bught a lemon so disappointed on the ford vehicle cuality and my extended guarantee couldn't use a rental car was in service instead i was waiting for hours of working time for me i did not feel welcome so difernt than before buying the truk I guess im one of those unhappy customers

I showed up at 10 this morning and was told they weren’t too sure if they would get to service my car today but would do their best. I didn’t think it was going to be done today but Thomas and the crew made it happen. AND washed my car (which I usually get but didn’t ask this time considering their time restraints) without me asking. 10/10 service. Exceptional.
