Checked in my truck 10 min before appt 10:20 for what I was told was a 20 min recall software update. Walked lot looking at Van's until 12ish. Went to pick up my truck and was told sorry, tech started job then went to lunch. Not done. Started over. A joke.

Alan was great!! Very easy to communicate with,my experience in the past with many service departments was not anywhere near what Alan was able to provide.Alan and Raceway Ford are 5 STARS put of 5?????

Mike has a hard time multitasking. I’ve had this issue before with Mike. He is incredibly nice guy, but once again while waiting in line: a tech comes in to ask a question, or the phone rings and Mike ignores the person in front of him at the counter to take care of any issue That pops up. It takes Mike a long time to process closing bills. It’s very frustrating but Mike himself is very pleasant, he should just focus at the task at hand. Also this was the first time my car was not washed, which was surprising and disappointing.

Thank you to Javier, Mike and the Raceway Ford Team. Javier was very friendly and welcoming. Spoke with him on phone before coming in and he was very courteous and did what was needed to get me answers regarding my car and transferred me to right guy, Mike, who was very helpful and welcoming as well over the phone. I came straight to your facility. Very happy with my choice. Car sounds better, I’m no longer stressing. Will continue to go there for those repairs I can have done there ($$$$) ????. Thanks Again Raceway.

From the beginning the car seems to have a unsafe steering and level system that was unsafe for me and my and to top that off me and my wife may have got COVID-19 because I had to go to the hospital for a week and tested positive and so did my wife, I do know that protecting we’re not good and as masks and not sure it was clean because my wife had to do it herself

Javier was polite and had a great positive attitude. He explained everything about the service to my car. When I returned to have my battery checked he recognized me and called me by name! Great memory! It is refreshing to see someone who obviously loves what he does fir a living!
