Javier was very friendly and service was done in a timely matter. Javier informed me I had points from the FordPass app and I could use them for my oil change making the service free of charge. Overall great experience from sales to service raceway Ford seems to be the best ford dealership in the area.

Thomas was extremely helpful and patient while I was attended by him. He walked me through the Ford pass app and suggested I download the app to keep my car updated. He also mentioned possible rewards that I have on my application. Thanks to Thomas I’ll make sure to come here for all of my future services.

Do not want him to call me!! Could have handled my situation much better. Told me you don’t have loner cars when the GM told me you do. Showed very little empathy towards me. Needs to be willing to go the extra mile. In my case, wouldn’t have taken much for him to have done that. Very disappointing in him.
