Rude service from the start with the service desk person. Even though it was evident that my car could use a trip through your car wash it was never done. I found nothing about your service that said I'd want to buy a car from them and can rely on their service. I am looking for a used upscale SUV. I was also interested in possibly a new Escape if not my other choices. I mentioned this on my first visit for service with the door latches, but no one followed-up! And as a former nurse educator, I was not happy to see many of the people working the sales floor not wearing masks! Unacceptable! Especially with the numbers in Riverside Co. I got more text messages about the service than the service that should have been provided. And finally, the number one problem is that my service person talked to me like a woman that doesn't know what she was talking about! A major no go! He could use some major retraining. Service still counts!

My only complaint is that my tire pressure was filled incorrectly. I can appreciate that an inspection is done at the time of service but technicians need to pay closer attention to detail for customers that come in with after market wheels and tires that don’t require the manufactures required psi. Therefore my tires were overfilled which could have been avoided if they looked at the max psi on the tires not what’s on the door jam. Thank you

3 visits for oil leak problem and told no repair would be done. This could have been done on first visit - big waste of my time and yours Raceway screwed up my front bumper but will not acknowledge or repair I have a 85,000.00 Ford truck that leaks oil - can’t park in my friends or family’s driveways without oil stain. Extremely disappointed Extremely disappointed

I appreciated the communication regarding my car that I received from Alan Leon. He informed me of the wait time, the parts they were waiting for and gave me information regarding my cars warranty. I have a choice to take my car to a local Ford dealership in Hemet, but the great service I have always received at Raceway , keeps me returning to Raceway, even though its a drive. Service advisors have always been so helpful, I’ve purchased two other cars at Raceway and I will continue to do so. Thanks!
