Alan is an amazing service writer and employee at Raceway Ford. Alan was professional, personable, friendly, and thorough. He explained my service procedure relative to the problem I was having with my SUV. I am confident that the other service writers are equally as professional as Alan.

Really high cost for oil change and not really like that had no clear direction on where I had to go for service and online allowed me to make appointment time but they said first come first serve.

This has nothing to do with Thomas. But while my car was worked on it was returned to me with my seats covered with dried leaves and twigs and some kind of tree droppings. I’ve never had this happen while having service and are very disappointed!
