I was satisfied with the service & price. But it took about twice as long as I was told it would with an appointment. So the Works time should be estimated better.

The service technician didn’t see my appointment for Saturday at 7am that Mark was supposed to have scheduled. Mark and I had a phone conversation and Mark said come in at 7am Saturday, April 2. The service technician also didn’t find the luggage part to install on my vehicle. The part was in Lisa ****’s office. I was happy once the part was found an hour later and installed. I also wanted to inquire why I didn’t have the built in navigation and Rick the salesman said not available and he brushed me off I felt. I went to Fritts Ford to get better assistant with the navigation. The online chat Ford representative said the built in navigation system is available for the Ford Bronco. Thank you.

There was still alot of gunk left between the panel tray and on the frame itself. The wife gray was cleaned but the frame itself did not get cleaned. There was also gunk in the small sections of the tray. The tires were not cleaned when replaced. The truck was also parked very weird and cockeyed. I had to maneuver it couple of ways to get it out of the parking spot. I can send photos to support this as well.

Javier was very informative about what services were being done to my vehicle and what should be planned next for the next service on my vehicle. When I had questions arise Javier was willing to listen and provide excellent info and if not gave me more than what I asked for which is a very positive thing. Highly suggest y’all promote him.
