Javiar, did a great job. I booked an appointment for service online. I received confirmation that stated i would receive a call from someone from raceway. No call. So the day of service i called three times prior to appointment. Every time over 15 min on hold. When i got there late Friday afternoon a long way from home no appointment. Javiar took all of that and made me smile. Best part was he kept his cool and made me feel like he cared.

Diagnostic costed way to much. The majority of shops only charge between $60-75. Labor costs is more expensive then local shops. I still don't trust dealer mechanics. I will only bring my car to a dealer is if I absolutely have to.
