Stephen’s customer service was great I have absolutely no complaints about Stephen he tried his best to deliver. I can’t blame him for the lack of professionalism and quality work the technicians or mechanics who worked on my car, it is unfortunate and very disappointing that these gentlemen could be so careless. I’m am embarrassed for calling Stephen so many times about concerns I feel bad since he had to deal with me from start to finish and listen to my complaints he helped ease my anxiety and worries. I hope the crew at Raceway Ford understands that just because the vehicles aren’t there’s they shouldn’t care how they handle them. And keep in mind that the service reps like Stephen have to take the heat.
