Service was good but I was not happy that service was done on my vehicle that was not approved and charged. It took me talking with Thomas to straighten out. I appreciate that Mike thought we needed the extra service but if I have to pay for it I’d like to be informed first.

called to order tires, told when tires would arrive got there no order placed for tires. three days later tires arrived had tires mounted and alignment on front and rear. had rear shocks replaced. got call saying shock mounts needed to be replaced. mounts need to be removed before shocks installed. mounts don't go bad . IT WAD AN ATTEMPT TO CHARGE FOR EXTRA LABOR. WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE MOUNTS FROM INSIDE OF TRUNK. REAR OF CAR MAKING NOISE WHICH WAS NOT PRESENT WHEN I BROUGHT CAR IN.
