Javier has been the service rep many times when I have brought my Ford Edge in for service. He has been professional and helpful in addressing the service needs of my vehicle. I also very much appreciate his communication and follow up throughout the service appointment.

First I made an appointment and was told my truck would be ready that afternoon, well I got a text asking if they could keep the vehicle overnight. Nothing I was getting done should have taken two days. The second thing that bothered me was getting a phone call from the shop foreman stating that once they put new transmission fluid in my transmission I could have problems (even though no problem exists) he said if you don’t change the fluid you will have problems “I know it’s a catch 22.” But he said I need to tell you this cause if you do have problems my dealership won’t be responsible. The last thing was I got an oil change and they did not reset the oil maintenance life indicator - I won’t be returning with my business.
