The team was professional, effective, communicative and delivered unparalleled service. Raceway should be very proud of their staff. Every single staff member made good eye contact, answered questions, and the manager was very professional and courteous when he called to explain the status, recommendations, and plans for my vehicles service. I give you all 5 stars ????????????

I was there longer than expected (over 4 hours). I had made an appointment for 7am which was confirmed through text and email but when I got to the shop, there was no record of my appointment. On top of that, the workers broke the oil filter cap trying to take it off and I had to purchase another one. I understand that was not their fault; the prior oil change service tightened the cap too tight. It was just unfortunate that I had to buy a part for something I didn't do. And the length of time I waited for the parts to get there and the work to be done just added to the frustration. Thomas was friendly in his customer service, however, I had to keep asking him for updates. Not once did he come to me and let me know what was going on (like I saw the other gentleman doing with his customers). I had to go to the counter and ask Thomas what was going on and how long would it be a few times. Not the best service today, but I came back to this location because they've always treated me very well in the past. I'm rethinking some things now.
