First, I was charged for a tire rotation which was not performed. We always take our vehicle to fast lane. I feel we were overcharged. I look forward to speaking with you on this matter. Thank you.

It took 20 min to check in. I had an appointment. There was no sense of urgency to check me in. Each person in front of me had a long story to tell. I think service would benefit with less chit chatting and more work to get the job done
