When picking up my vehicle it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I am not a smoker so I take extreme offense when someone smokes in my car. AND while the battery was replaced, my start stop is still not working.

Car was serviced within the said time. Service is done from a trusted source. I bring all my cars here for Service. Mike has been a source that I speak too regarding my cars, in this case, my 18 year old daughter's car, which is very important to me. Thank you

I was told my Vehicle would be done at 1:00. Got there and I was told 1:30. That was still OK, I didn't have to pick up the Grandkids until 2:30. Car was Ready at 2:00, I was late. Tough on 6 year Olds and a 9 year old.

I was satisfied with the service however, I had an 8 o’clock appointment I arrived at 7:58 my car was not taken back to the service bay until 845 it was just for oil change and a tire rotation. This is why I made an appointment for 8 o’clock with the hopes that I would be out within an hour which I was told it should take an hour from the time of check-in but again my car I checked it prior to 8 o’clock and the car was not even checked in until after 845
