I had a 10 AM appointment. And I was told when I made it that it normally could take us little an hour with an appointment. But even though I checked in on time, my car wasn’t put in the shop until 10:45 AM. And it wasn’t finished for almost 2 hours after I got there. I’ve been there many times without an appointment. And it normally doesn’t take more than 45 minutes to check it in then! So why did it take 45 minutes to check in my car WITH an appointment? And I was late for my next 3 appointments because of this!

A heartfelt "Thank you!" goes to Thomas and your service team for helping me with my truck. I was traveling through town to help my sick grandma when my truck flashed a note that I needed DEF. Since it was my husband's new truck my tesponse was WTF. ???? I called Thomas 10 minutes before clising on a Saturday. He held the team over to help me get back on the road. Called Leonel at ext 413 twice to ask if I could have a Lyft back to the dealership to pick up car. Left message first time and then called a second time. No answer. Paid for my own Lyft back to RF. Military discount luckily paid for the Lyft. Other than that, top notch service. Thank you.

Question. If Raceway has provided all my oil changes, who is at fault if the threads on my oil pan are stripped? I had to pay $14.99 for a new oil pan plug.
