Javier was very welcoming and helpful fitting my oil change in for the day! He also went above and beyond by calling out a missing lug nut on one of my wheels and provided advice on how I could get it fixed.

This vehicle has an embarrassing squeal coming from the belt pullies after driving a distance then letting it idle. Your repair shop could not find the problem which surprises me. They did however change 1 of 3 pullies in the belt system. My experience with BMW or Mercedes is when parts in a system fails, "The whole system is replaced. I just don't understand the inability for well trained mechanics to mis-diagnose a common vehicle mechanical failure. I'll take it to Mercedes as discussed with the shop foreman and send him the deductible charge. I'm disappointed
