I made a schedule @ 0700hrs. I dropped of my vehicle first thing in the morning ahead of my appointment start time. Stayed the whole day at the dealer only to be told last minute that the truck was not even touched. The advisor told me it was not accomplished because of the lack of the mechanic’s time management. I figured they’d call me and let me know to pick my vehicle up knowing it would not even be serviced. 0700hrs till 1700hrs the truck sat around. I’m not sure where the flaws exist, or if the whole system is flawed. Regardless, I took offense the service advisor did not even discounted the service. He had informed me to leave the truck overnight and for the service to be accomplished the following morning. I rarely leave negative comments or reviews. Heck in fact I don’t even remember if I ever have. Gosch Hemet seems to be the most reasonable service department in the general area. I’d suggest looking at their programs and seeing how Raceway can improve or change completely. To whoever reads this, I hope this message brings about change for the future customers Raceway hopes on receiving.

Allen Leon I give him a zero. I was gonnna complain to his manager Allen could not tell me direowjat my car needed. He said my car needed an engine because of low compression on one of the cyl. I ask Allen if they did a cylinder leak down to see if my car needed a head gasket. He said no that any additional test he was gonna charge me extra $200 dollars. I also asked him if they did a hydrocarbon test on the coolant he said No. I’m very a upset of the quality of Diagnosis Race way did to my Ford Fiesta 2016. I paid $200 dollars for an answer that my car needed an engine and it was gonna cost me $8,000 dollars for the engine. If they tear it down to see if it’s the head and they see it needs an Engine the labor cost could be more than $8000 doallars. What kind of Diagnosis and techs do race way ford Hired. You have to pin point what the problem is than just calling the car needs an engine. That’s wrong and sad that ripping off me as a customer. As a diesel mech tech we never tear down a motor with out pin pointing what the problem is. I give Allen Leon a zero and Racway Ford a zero on there car diagnostics Allen Leon ????

My Lincon has the engine light on even when I picked it up from the deal6. I already drove it over 35miles and light still on. Please have a manager call me a soon as pissible. Javier Fernández, always so courteous and respectful. Javier and Thomas helped me with servicing my vehicle and always answer all the questions regarding my vehicle. I referred my father to get his vehicle service at Raceway. Javier speaks Spanish and that’s always a plus, hence why I referred my dad to raceway Ford.
