Mike, I have a serious problem. I've decided that I can no longer allow quick lanes to touch any of my vehicles for service. I don't know if it's incompetence, negligence, or lack of skill. But now my Chrysler 300 c is worst of than when I brought it in. The "Free Alignment" you included has now left my steering wheel off center witch it has never been like that and pulls to the left now. See the problem is I know it's due to your technicians because I have pictures and videos driving and my wheel is strait. I took the report you printed and took it to a tire shop they informed me that you only adjusted 1 side when u did the alignment. They taught me how to read the diagnosis. He also told me you guys don't know tired because he mentioned my fronts had way more than 50%. You guys at quick lanes have turned a oil change / brake job into a nightmare/disaster for me and my family. SMH
