The radio intermittently resets all the audio settings and freezes the radio and phone. This is a known complaint for the audio control module needing to be reprogrammed. Google the issue with sync and audio module defaulting to am and reseting sound controls. Technician said he couldn't find a problem. This issue occurs unexpectedly, at random times, and some days frequently for unknown reasons. I'm unsatisfied until this problem gets resolved; I also can't just install an after market radio to fix this.

I am normally very pleased with my experience at Raceway. At my last visit for an oil change, I was told I would need some additional work costing $223.28, but it could wait until my next oil change. I planned to do that. Later in the day I received a text giving me a revised estimate of that work, now $1,592.27. I was slightly taken aback as you can imagine. How was it possible for the second estimate to be so drastically different from the first? Then in short order I got an email telling me I could turn my car in and buy another one. I was flabbergasted.
