They didn’t reset my oil life sensor. I did it myself. They didn’t even blow out all the dust under my hood. I just hoping they actually changed my oil. Not to happy.

My radio station was changed, the tech left water in my car and when I picked up my car I had to go look for it in the customer lot. My car has always been delivered to me I walk out and the car is waiting for me.

First I had to bring a new battery just for them to do a diagnostic check. When they could've just giving the battery in the car a jump. Then the mechanic working on my car said it's gonna take 3 hours for diagnostic check, so that it's about $600 just to diagnostic what's wrong not including parts. Then I was told it's the Is fuel pump And the gas harness will get the car started $1,400. Then they call me back and said that they put a new fuel pump and harness ,but the car still won't start. So they recommended changing the fuel line in the gas tank because the gas tank had rust in it.For about $5,000. Rust in the gas tank so the car wrong start make no sense. I agree to $1,400 to get the car started with the diagnostic check that they told me the problem was. Seems to me he didn't want work on my car from the start. I I took my car to Ford because it's a Ford car and I thought you guys could help me out. Very unhappy with the service. Love my car just wanted to get it fix.Was will to pay good money to get it fixed,but I feel i was getting ripped off. If I don't know any better I would've been paying over $5,000.
