I love the representative Javier. I didn't like that when I dropped the vehicle off that I had to call 2 days in a row just to ask or to make sure that they checked in the car. On the third day is when I was told what the problem was as well as realizing that it took a week and 4 days to get the vehicle done. I was under the impression that 2 or 3 days is how long it would take for the car to get fixed. Just a heads up is what I needed and wanted. Javier handle it well. Not blaming the person just the situation could of be handled better. Thank you.
