I was told my car was fixed so I picked it up and returned my rental car. I didn’t even get home before the same problem started again. Now I had to bring the car back to you for repair.

The delays caused by the original service advisor caused my warranty to be voided and I had to replace my windshield at my own expense. Edwin was good, but the first guy was irresponsible with my needs. Highly unsatisfied from an owner who has bought 7 vehicles at this location.

Javier was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. He was very thorough with explaining what was being done to my car and gave me updated on when it will be finished. He was great to work with.

I had to have a tire fixed today and I was able to the truck in per Mr Thomas Frasier. I was very happy that Thomas was able to get in to repair my tire even though there were no appointments available. Thomas was very personable and professional.

Hello - The only reason I am replying ‘no’ to the the satisfactory, is due to the fact that only 1/3 of the service requests I made were completed. I spoke with a desk rep a few weeks ago about the safety recall, that was recently sent out via mail, and was directed to make an appointment on 3/4/23 because the mechanic was going to be back from time off. As I got to the counter, at 7am (opening time), I made sure to inform the desk rep of the 3 services and it was added to the inquiry for todays appointment, receipt of evidence can be shared. As I returned after 5hrs+, I was told that only the transmission oil change was completed. When I asked for a justification, they stated to the only mechanic who works on recalls was busy and it wasn’t part of the initial request, via data platform. I explained again how I had spoken with a desk rep and came on this day, specifically, for the Safety recall service. As for the third service, regarding lug nut replacement, they had forgotten to do so. I then waited an additional 20-30 minutes. I have to say, as a long time Ford owner and client, I am more than disappointed with the quality of service. Can’t help to think that if I was a male, I would have gotten far better service. I hope someone reaches out and these surveys are not taken lightly. Although my satisfaction was not met, the gentlemen were not rude but perhaps lacked in customer service.
