Edwin was fine. It is Ford that needs to give Edwin more permission to make the customer happy. You had my car for 7 days and I only had a rental for 2 days. Communication with Edwin and the service tech needs to be better. I was told on Thursday that they had the part and then I was told they didn’t have the part. Come to find out they did have the part in stock. One thing Edwin should have done is check the car to make sure the car was clean before giving back to the customer. There was grease on the inside of the car on the threshold, floor mat and passenger seat. The outside of car was washed and looked good.

Thank you so much once again to Thomas and his team today I had my daughter bring her car to them. I absolutely trust them with all my cars. I know they always do a good job and I feel so safe my daughter is back on the road safely. Thank you Thomas for always being so helpful I feel as if I take my cars to family members when I drop off my cars. Thank you again for all that you do your customer service doesn’t go unnoticed.

I was pleased with the overall outcome. The only concern I had was that I was told that someone called me about my truck but I had no missed call or message. Not sure what happened with that. Other than that things we great. Thanks
