Mileage from previous service until this service was not reset. I was not given the printed report of inspection. I had to ask for it, and it was not the usual colorful report.

My 2016 cushion which we got in oct 2017 just paid off has an engine cover leak . Your dealership just put new engine in my 2004 f150 . And ford won’t fix my fusion cause it just hit over 100,000 miles and I heard it has 2 recalls on it also .my service rep was good but not the person at ford who when I called told me it would all be covered and then when got to dealer Leon told me it was rejected.
