I was changed for the signal light bulb replacement, although over the phone, Javier said that it would be taken care of. I’ve also had them install and replace the turn signal bulbs before when I brought the parts and I was never charged. It’s disappointing that even all the years of bringing my vehicle to raceway ford, they didn’t commit to their promise they said over the phone. I was helped by Thomas.

Overall excellent customer service and support from Stewart Tan. My initial conversation with him he was very polite and very patient answering all my questions. I truly believe I decided to come to Raceway because of his excellent customer support over the phone. Then once my car was there, he went the extra miles to keep me posted on what issues my vehicle had and how to address them. Well organized and professional. Thank you Mr. Stewart for all your support during this breakdown.
