I took my car in for a battery replacement because it had a recall. I was given a rental car for this time. I was without my car for 3 weeks. When I got the car back, I drove it for about 40 miles. I got the car back on a Friday and the following Monday the car starting giving me problems and I believe it was something caused by the mechanics/technicians working on my car at Ford. My car was perfect. It was driving without any issues and over a weekend it started having problems. Then, I was without a car for another 2 weeks. I couldn't go to work because I had no transportation. I'm very dissatisfied with the work and money I had to pay after what I'm sure, happened at Ford. Like I said my car was driving and working perfectly until the battery was replaced by Ford mechanics/technicians. I will be completely satisfied if I get a full refund on this repair.

My truck was in raceway care for two days . They claimed the part for the truck just came in. They claimed a message was sent to inform me of the situation. No, message was ever sent.

It should not have taken 2 full weeks for my car to be repaired. The part that needed to be replaced only needed a few bolts to take it off and on. That’s ridiculous. We were only offered a loaner car 3 days before pick up but you had my car for FOURTEEN days!!! We should have been provided a loaner on Day 1. If you don’t have the staff to work on cars, you shouldn’t book appointments. If we would have known there would have been such a delay we would have gone somewhere else. We have a large family and are dependent on a large SUV to get our kids to all their activities. This significantly impacted our ability to care for our children.

The work on my Focus has been an on-going repair, due to several factors. With the job completed, Mike McFarland and his staff, I'm excited to report all the noises are gone, & the car rides smoothly again. THANK YOU Mike and his staff. I'll come by with breakfast goodies soon. Thank Yiu again!!

In spite of the longer waiting period we experienced which we didn't expected and the some minor issues regarding the loaner rental car we requested that took time to deliver, nevertheless, overall everything turned out great and satisfactory. Mr Cervantes has been helpful and cooperative from the start. Thank you.
