Had my vehicle towed in because of a minor part failure. Water pump. $5000 later I am reviewing the estimate I finally received at the end of service and a lot of things don’t make sense. I’ve done contract work for 15 years and this contract reads like they’re trying to fluff it up, who charges for bolts? and how do you 21 hours equal $3900 in labor? Looking forward to a call back from someone on the management team and trying to reconcile the issue, I didn’t feel the need to try and force at the counter while paying. It’s an extremely sizable contract, and after calling around to other mechanics and speaking with family members it doesn’t make any sense. I’ve gone to dealerships for the last two decades, and I’ve always counseled others to do the same, I’m looking for some recourse on this. I don’t want to talk to the technician who signed the deal or the counter service person or whoever that is, I’d like to speak with their manager and verify that it’s their manager. My phone number is 760–574–1869. Please have someone from upper management contact me so we can discuss business practices and how that affects customer retention and long-term profitability. I have no problem, paying for good service, I do have issue with ceiling being taken advantage of. I look forward to hearing from some one next week. If not, I will be following up. Best, Chris B

Thomas Fraser Was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient answering all my questions, keeping me informed on the needed repairs on one of our work vehicles as well as kept me updated on the completion time . I have been to a few dealerships and this experience was by far the best one I have ever had. Both Thomas and Javier were outstanding! They found a recall on my truck and just did a great job the whole process was great. My only concern was with after hours pickup. The salesman who was helping me was very short and not very customer service oriented. He also kept questioning me about payment of invoice, three times even after I showed him on my phone that I paid in full. After 5 minutes he brought me my key and didn’t say anything just handed me the key. And walked away. I would definitely recommend an improvement on the after hours pickup. But I will bring all my vehicles to this dealership for service. I own 3 ford trucks and will be bringing them all to Thomas and Javier.
