Thomas has always provided the best customer service. When I show up and give him all my concerns about my car. He always say no problem we will take care of it. Alway in a timely manner. I go nowhere else but to quicklane and Thomas is my go to.

The repair took 31 days after the third or fourth trip to the dealer to try and figure out the problem. It should take this long. There were no delays in parts.

I can’t complaign my vehicle is no longer making the noises I was concerned of and I was kept posted with updates regularly and also very overall friendly staff.

Stewart took my case as Edwin was out. Stewart knew this was first experience with Raceway Ford and there were some delays and car had to be held over several days. Stewart was very apologetic and I appreciated that. Once all parts in it was fixed in the morning and called before my lunch time.
