My 3:00 pm appointment for an oil change went smoothly. The wait was one of the shortest, and all service items were summarized in a report attached to my receipt. As usual, Thomas Fraser was pleasant, efficient and professional. Keep up the good work.

Alan took his time and explained everything to me. I also asked for several quotes which he got for me in a timely manner. I also appreciate that the quotes I received we comparable to other places so we decided to go with Raceway for all our repairs. They also washed my car which I very much appreciate! There was a misdiagnosis of the problem, forcing me to go back down to the service department to re-explain the problem. My service guy did a great job at showing care, but it seems that you're technicians have some sort of weakness and identifying a problem. I shouldn't have to go down twice to explain a situation. All in all, my service representative did a great job it's showing care.
