I’ve dealt with Raceway Ford many times, and this was my most satisfying experience thanks to Edwin **** staying very informative through the whole process. He went above and beyond and we are very appreciative of that. This has for sure changed my outlook in this service department in a very positive way.

I came in and paid $198 for a full diagnostic. Only to be told what was causing the issues that I had already pointed out. When I'm positive my truck has more going on than the leaks I spoke of.

Who ever changed my oil messed up my splash shield when I got home it fell to the floor and my car is now leaking oil I have to take it you back so you can fix it because I dropped the car off perfectly fine
