I was lied to about something and plan to file a complaint with Ford. . Aldo refused to buy a car from them and my cat was damaged after I paid for it and left it to be picked up. No not happy at all and will never go back there for anything.

For a last minute tire replacement (Special Replacement part ….! , I called in for a service request for a tire replacement the day before, the service technician let me know that he would have the special ordered part by the next day or probably a couple of days out , the fallowing day I called before noon he said he had the part delivered and to bring it in and they would take care of it , and when I pulled in for service they did just that , They even price matched the tire saving me money…! Very cool too, so I was in the waiting area and they were nice enough to show me how to make coffee out of one of the new coffee machines, so I had a complimentary cup of coffee while I waited for my new tire , plus cable television too pretty cool and polite, very happy when I left and wii be back thanks raceway Ford ……! See you soon …..! Cool atmosphere….!

Had to bring Mustang in two separate times because mechanic/supervisor didn't test and contact Ford as was necessary. Things were not completed when promised. Car brought in clean/spotless, returned completely filthy. I will never return to your dealership again.
