You need more people to better serve the numbers of customers who arrive for the store opening. An appointment doesn't mean to much if you are there 10 minutes early and don't get seen/heard/spoken to until 12 minutes after your appointment was supposed to start. However, ERIC was on point today. He is an amazing Trouble Shooter/Diagnostic Guy for you (I hope you appreciate him as much as I do Now!). Javier did what he could. As a solo tech behind the desk His Hands Were FULL, but he was pleasant and courteous to All! Lastly, Rhonda was helpful at assisting in completing forms for the areas of her expertise and It Looked Like that Really Helped out Javier. Everyone was great...special Props to ERIC! Thanks!
