My wife and I were on our way back to Az after visiting family. We had to get our vehicle jump started to make the trek back home. I called seven dealerships to schedule a difficult battery change in our 2013 Ford Escape with no luck. My wife saw the Ford sign as we were driving on the freeway. We called and they told us to bring it in. We spent two hours in the lobby. Great job and great service!
