My alarms were not programmed, they said because after market remote. I had an aftermarket remote originally and it was programmed. Not to mention that the car didn’t start unless I put the key on the actual key pocket inside the center console. They forgot to mention that and was stuck trying to figure it out for an hour at the store.

Your pricing for service is ridiculous. $398 to change a tire press sensor? I just got all 4 done for less than that price at a local tire shop. $1300 to change a door actuator? I’m scheduled to have that done for under $800. Sorry, I’m all for people making a profit but I will not allow you to rip me off. I doubt many of your employees could afford to have their cars serviced at your dealer. That’s sad. Good Day!

Thomas is a kind, patient, and courteous customer service Representative. When I walked into the facility He greeted me with a bright friendly smile, that made me fill welcomed. He supplied all the information I needed for an oil change. When the job was finished and our transaction was complete, Thomas thanked me, and I went to my car. To my surprise the door would not unlock. It was super hot outside. Thomas did not waste time. He went above and beyond to address the issue I had. First off He immediately checked my remote. He replaced my remote battery and I was on my way. What a wonderful total experience. I thank God and thank You so much for hiring Thomas. He is an extremely outstanding customer service Representative and excellent person for the Quick Lane Brand.
