The service rep failed to tell me your service center did not have a tech to diagnose a manual transmission. A waste of time dropping off the car only to go and pick it up for nothing.

Alan was good. I wasn’t happy with the time frame, it took three days. They replaced a tire that that came stock on the truck but didn’t have one in stock so that to an extra day. A little more communication would have been appreciated.

Fuel leak in engine was one of my concerns was told they were unable to find it. I drove my car home with a severe fuel odor in cab. Got home popped the hood open and easily located the leak. I will return first thing in the morning with car and point out the fuel leak

There seems to be a shortage of technicians at your shop, I left my car there for 6 days to repair a noise coming from the rear suspension and all the time was waiting for a technician, as of now I’m scheduled to take my vehicle in for the repair on October 28. But your original question about Edwin **** he has been great, keeps me up to date, answers my questions. I hope your technicians are as professional as he.
